Digital Art and Media
You are an artist and you want to express yourself, but you want to use modern technology to do so. In this program you will participate in a wide variety of seminars, courses, and enrichment activities, as well as meet accomplished relevant professionals, in order to help develop your creativity while being inspired by living in Israel. This add-on to the Core Aardvark program includes an intensive educational and practical curriculum of photography, graphic design, film, and more.
When? Fall semester in Tel Aviv, September to January

Special Events/Tours • Workshops in Camera Obscura school of film and animation • Workshops in Studio Gavra for Photography (basics of photography and documentary photography) • Meet Israeli film producer Ran Pasternak and photographers such as Dubi Feiner, Osnat Ram, and Dror Katz. • Excursions in Tel Aviv to small photography studios • Behind the Scenes Workshop to Castro Clothing Company for fashion illustration and marketing • Behind the Scenes at Israeli Television Studios • Computer workshops in Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, and 3-D Max • Basic web designing • Behind the scenes visit to Yediot Achronot newspaper (most widely circulated newspaper in Israel)

Sample Volunteer/Internship Opportunities • Social Service organizations in Israel - developing marketing materials • Film Company • Graphic Design Studio • Nefesh B’Nefesh - assisting with promotional materials • Intern with the marketing team of Aardvark Israel
